2. Skinny Puppy on the Too Dark Park tour at the Ritz in NYC. I've never seen anything on stage like it before or since.
3. The Cure on the Prayer Tour at Giants Stadium - Nuff said.
4. Einsturzende Neubauten, Caberet Voltaire and Frontline Assembly at the Ritz NYC. At the afterparty, I got to meet Debbie Harry and Bernard Sumner helped me pick up a girl!!!
5. Psychic TV on the Beyond the Infinite Beat tour at the Ritz in NYC in 1991. Very spiritual, I think.
6. Morrissey on the first US tour. We had front row seats and Morrissey pulled my friend on stage and she passed out. It was awesome.
7. Depeche Mode on the Violator Tour at Giants Stadium in Jersey. It was with JAMC and Nitzer Ebb.
8. Jesus and Mary Chain on the Automatic Tour at the Ritz in NYC. It got cancelled the first time. But even with the cancellation, it was fucking insane.
9. The Cocteau Twins at the Orpheum in Boston. Things I can't talk about happened at that show.
10. Dead Can Dance at the Berklee Performance Center in Boston. It was the show where Lisa Gerrard passed out on stage. Very Memorable.
10a. Rachel singing Jewish Prayer songs. It was awesome. She was complimented by the cantor.

But someday I'll return.
So, eventually we're going to move to either Jersey or New York. There's so many things that I'll miss about boston. There's the music scene that I'm pretty entrenched in, the friends that I've made over the past years that I won't see as much as I have a moments before and then there's the one thing that's unique to boston.
It's funny, I never really liked baseball before moving up here. I actually thought that it was kind of a bore. But since a few years before the sox got to the playoffs (pre-world series), I've found myself really looking forward to baseball season. Right now, I'm sitting here watching the game, and getting so into it.
Even though it's against the Royals. However this means that they'll probably win. I was in Toronto with Rachel, her parents, my parents and my sister. We were in a pub having lunch and I saw that the sox lost the first game of the season. It put a slight shadow on the day. Granted that shadow was cleared up, as soon as Rachel started singing in hebrew!
Lemme tell ya, it's pretty hot!
But in seriousness, I'm not sure if I could become a yankee fan.
On another note, today I've been listening to:
I haven't listened to this album in forever. But I remember
when it came out. I was in 8th or 9th grade and I think
back to my reaction when I got it. It was different, but not
necessarily in a way that I really liked. I mean, I'd never
been in prison and never planned on going to prison.
The only thing that I could think is that it sounded so
different from Mommy's Little Monster. However, SD
continue to rock my socks off.
